I was disappointed over the quality of the minatures featured in this book. They seemed way too amateurish and uninventive. I feel the author could have tried a little harder in making more creative and sophisticated designs rather than boring, suburban-lazy type she displayed in this book. The designs reminded me of those ugly crocheted blankets you see in the typical housewife or granny's home. It's a great hobby with a lot of potential; unfortunately, the only people who take it up have no sense whatsoever of aesthetics. | |
